Play of the Day 9/14/2011

Play of the Day, 9/12/2011

Today's Play of the Day is designed to get a quick backdoor bucket. From a 4 out set, 1 passes to the wing and cuts off a UCLA cut. As this is happening, 3 is flashing to the top of the key and 4 is diving to the rim. This play takes a bit of practice to get the timing down, but when you do, it usually good for a quick two!

Play of the Day, 9/11/2011

Today's Play of the Day comes out of a Box set. It is designed to get an initial post up for your 4 man, then there are options for the 2 man coming off 5's screen, and then finally a triple staggered screen for your 1 man. Lots of options on this one.

Play of the Day, 9/10/2011

Here's today's Play of the Day. Again it involves a high ballscreen. This set is called Prairie. The timing is the key in this set; 2 should be coming off the baseline flex screen as 3 is making the catch.
